Falconry:

The  hotel  also  has  onsite  falconry  offering  non-interactive displays or a hands on flying experience.  With a collection of hawks, buzzards, falcons and owls, there’s plenty to see and do without even leaving the hotel grounds!

For the athletic and energetic, nearby munro Ben Lomond, offers a challenging climb with spectacular views from the summit overlooking Loch Lomond.
   
There are many nearby walking paths and trails suitable for  all  abilities.  Most  notably Mugdock Country Park is only a few minutes away from the hotel offering castle ruins, fascinating flora and fauna, a Victorian Walled Garden, children’s adventure play areas, small craft shops, and a tearoom.

Situated half way  between  Glasgow and  Stirling,  Strathblane Country House Hotel offers the perfect base for shopping trips.
